BUYING TICKETS
Where can I buy tickets?
All tickets for Aster House shows are sold through our official partner, ETix. There are three easy ways to purchase:
1. Visit www.asterhousempls.com/shows and click on your desired event.
2. Go to ETix.com and search “Aster House Minneapolis, MN.”
3. Call ETix directly at 800-514-3849 and let them know the show you’d like to attend.
Can I buy tickets at the door on the day of the show?
Yes and no. Tickets are only sold online through ETix—even after the show has started (ticket sales remain open for 15 minutes after showtime). We do not sell tickets in person at the door but we can help you with the online process when you arrive.
Can I buy tickets through third-party websites?
We strongly advise against it. Only tickets purchased through ETix are guaranteed to be valid. Aster House cannot verify, refund, or support tickets purchased from third-party sellers such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.—even if they appear at the top of a Google search.
Tips for a smooth ticketing experience:
• Visit our website directly: asterhousempls.com
• Avoid clicking on search ads
• If a show looks sold out, call us at 952-479-7832 before exploring other options
What if tickets are sold out—do you have a waitlist?
We don’t offer an official waitlist, but walk-ins are always welcome. Occasionally, separate parties choose to share tables, or a seat may open at the last minute. If something is available, you’ll be able to purchase a ticket onsite.
Please note: We do not give away unsold seats that have already been purchased, even if guests arrive late.
Can I use my Aster House gift card to buy tickets?
No, Aster House gift cards cannot be used to purchase tickets online. However, you can use them for food and drinks at the venue during the show.
Will I receive paper tickets?
We are a paperless ticket office and all guests must either print their ticket at home or have it available to show on their mobile device (we don’t have a will call list).
Why are there extra fees on my ticket?
Please note that all ticket fees are set by our official ticket provider, not by the venue. These may include credit card processing fees, ticket discovery fees, sales tax, and other applicable charges. We do not have the ability to adjust or waive these fees, as they are managed entirely by the ticketing service.
SEATING AND GROUP TICKETS
Can I buy just one ticket at a 2-person or 4-person table?
To help fill all seats for our artists, guests must purchase:
• A minimum of 2 tickets at a 2-seat table
• A minimum of 3 tickets at a 4-seat table
If you’re attending solo, bar and theater seating is available.
Can I buy tickets for 7 or 8 people?
Yes! You can reserve multiple tables at once:
• For 7: Add one 4-person table and one 3-person table (from two adjacent tables).
• For 8: Add two 4-person tables or four 2-person tables to your cart.
Can my group sit together if we buy tickets separately?
Absolutely, but you’ll need to still purchase by the table, so coordinate with your group to purchase tables next to each other. For example, three friends buying two seats each at tables 22, 23, and 24 will be seated side-by-side for a group of six total..
I bought 3 tickets at a table and want to add a 4th—how?
Email us at info@asterhousempls.com with:
• Show name and date
• Your name and table number
We’ll arrange for your friend to buy a single ticket onsite when they arrive and seat them with your group.
REFUNDS, TRANSFERS AND TICKET INSURANCE
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
All standard ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However:
• If you purchased Ticket Protection from Allianz during checkout, you may qualify for a refund through them. Call Allianz at 800-284-8300.
• Can’t attend? You can transfer your ticket to a friend by calling ETix at 800-514-3849.
What happens if a show is canceled or rescheduled?
If a show is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. You’ll receive a confirmation email. Can’t make the new date? Contact ETix for next steps at 800-514-3849.
